Advantages of using bale net wrap

Bale net wrap is a one-needle net produced by a knitting machine. Its weaving method is the same as that of the winding net, the only difference is that their weight is different. Usually, the weight of the winding net is about 4g/m, while the weight of the bale net is greater than 10g/m. In recent years, the bale net wrap has become a very popular choice to replace hemp rope to bundle hay.

Compared with baler twine, straw bale net has advantages

1) Save bundling time. It only takes 2-3 turns to pack, which means that the efficiency per hour is greatly improved, the friction on the equipment is reduced, and fuel is saved.

2) The surface of the bale net wrap can be easily laid flat on the ground. This open net facilitates the straw to fall off the net surface, forming a hay roll that is more resistant to weathering. Binding hay with hemp baler twine will form a concavity, and rainwater penetration will cause the hay to rot. Using a bale net can reduce the loss by up to 50%. The waste of this kind of loss is much higher than the cost of the bale net wrap.

3) Very suitable for silage rolls, the flat surface of the bale net wrap saves time in unfolding the net. When feeding feed, the film and net fall off together as a whole. 

4) Easy to remove and remove. The bale net wrap is very easy to cut and remove. You don’t have to worry about finding the edge of the net, and the size of the bale net can be greatly reduced during final processing.
